Event Details
The Banff Mountain Film Festival's world tour is making a stop in Midland - one of only two cities in Texas to host the event. It will be held at the Yucca Theater downtown, March 21st and 22nd. Eight documentary films about mountains and the people who meet their challenges - on bikes, on skis, on ropes, on foot, on parasails - will be shown each day. Geologic locations include Italy, Canada, Switzerland, Antarctica, Peru, Colorado, Utah, and Alaska. The geology will be awesome!
